So I'm feeling extremely  'Cher' from Clueless in these monochrome tartan skort/shorts! I usually don't impulsively pick patterned things but tartan is definitely one print I adore, and combined with this skort style that has been crazy this summer you can't go wrong! It's perfect for bare legs when it's cooler but also looks great with some black tights and booties for colder evenings! It is really soft and comfy material but a little bit, especially around the waist so I'm going to have to have it taken in a bit so it sits right on my waist! Also aren't these shoes the most sweetest things? As you can tell I am very much into durable and warm shoes like boots and converse, but these looked so pretty and I think could really bring a casual look together and smarten it up a little, which I definitely need sometimes! So whilst England  has a very bizarre 'up to 20 degrees' warm October at the moment I am making the most of it being warm enough for bare legs!
